PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment which is constituted by combining an elastic body sheet and a massive body together and which enables simple and easy construction for prevention of fall of a heavy structure, and the structure, the fall of which is prevented by using the equipment. SOLUTION: This fall prevention equipment 1 is characterized in that an external massive body 4 higher than an internal massive body is arranged at the peripheral edge of the elastic boy sheet 2 inside which the internal massive body 3 is arranged.
