<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to automatically convert a captured moving image not suitable for distribution on internet into a moving image type suitable for distribution on internet and distribute it only by transmitting the moving image to a server by users. <P>SOLUTION: In the moving image with voice conversion method, the moving image conversion server 10 adds a file transmitted through an electric mail or a transmission screen 14 on internet from a user's terminal 100 to a moving image database 11. The transmitted file is converted into a moving image type suitable for distribution on internet by two-step processings for absorbing a difference among the respective moving image types (generalization processing 31, conversion processing 32). Then, when a reception terminal 200 accesses a moving image distribution screen 15, the moving image file is distributed. When requested by a mobile phone, the moving image file passes through a processing 33 for determining a carrier, so that it is converted into a suitable type moving image and is distributed.
