<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fixing bolt for a sacrifice electrode from being dropped without causing any influence against a flow of cooling water within a water jacket. <P>SOLUTION: In a mounting structure for an anode metal 53 installed within a water jacket 51 arranged at a cylinder block 41 of a water-cooled engine for an outboard motor, the water jacket 51 is formed by a groove part 41p arranged at the cylinder block 41 and an oil pump body 56 for use in closing an opening of the groove part 41p. A gasket 55 is arranged between these groove 41p and oil pump body 56, and the anode metal 53 is fixed to a bottom wall 41j of the water jacket 51 with a screw 52. A part of the gasket 55 is extended to form its opposing wall and a head part 52a of the screw 52 is covered with the gasket 55. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
