THERMAL BARRIER COATING MEMBER, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR, THERMAL BARRIER COATING MATERIAL, GAS TURBINE, AND SINTERED COMPACT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal barrier coating material and a thermal barrier coating member which can be prevented from peeling when in use under high temperature and have excellent thermal barrier effect; to provide a method for production of the thermal barrier coating member; and also to provide a turbine member coated with the thermal barrier coating material, and a gas turbine.

SOLUTION: The thermal barrier coating member includes a heat-resistant base material 21, a bond coat layer 22 formed on the heat-resistant base material, and a ceramic layer 24 formed on the bond coat layer. The ceramic layer 24 contains oxides expressed by general formula: A"2Ce2O7, wherein A" is any one of La, Sm or Yb.
