<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan preparation apparatus and a production plan preparation method, for preparing a production plan in consideration of setup change by simple processing even in a case of various types of products, addition of a product type or manual maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: In the production plan preparation apparatus S for preparing a production plan for a plurality of operations, a plurality of products include different types of product having different compositions, and the processing order of the plurality of operations is determined in advance. The production plan preparation apparatus includes: a setup change condition determination part 4 for determining whether it is required to dilute a residual by a main component of a product in another operation between one of the plurality of operations and the other operation following the one operation, based on the composition of a residual remaining in production facilities after the end of the one operation and the composition of a product in the other operation following the one operation ; and a schedule preparation part 7 which, when setup change is required, inserts a preparation changing process between the one operation and the other operation to prepare the production plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
