METHOD FOR RECOVERING VALUABLE METAL AND RECOVERING DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a valuable metal, which adequately recovers vanadium and nickel, and to provide a recovering device therefor.

SOLUTION: This recovering device includes: an acid dissolution vessel 1 for dissolving combustion ash or treatment residue containing vanadium and nickel into acid; an extracting vessel 3 for extracting vanadium in an organic solvent by adding the organic solvent to a solution of vanadium produced in the acid dissolution vessel 1; a back extraction vessel 4 for back-extracting vanadium into an aqueous phase side by adding sodium carbonate to the organic solvent obtained in the extracting vessel 3; a reaction vessel 5 for precipitating vanadium by adding ammonia to the aqueous solution of vanadium obtained in the back extraction vessel 4; a first compressing means 7 for collecting vanadium concentrate by compressing the precipitate precipitated in the reaction vessel 5; and a second compressing means 8 for collecting nickel concentrate by compressing the dissolved residue remained in the acid dissolution vessel 1.
