<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display plate in which appearance changes from metallic luster to a colored state, depending on an observer's viewing angle. <P>SOLUTION: A display plate includes: a plate transparent base material in which minute projection sections are formed on one face, and a decoration layer is formed on one face or on the other face; and a plate base material in which a colored layer is formed on one face.
