<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device with high brightness suppressing mixed existence of light with different resonant wavelengths in a range of pixels. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL device 100 is provided with a base body 20, pixels 2 emitting light beams of either color of red, green or blue arranged on the base body 20, reflection layers 24 arranged on the base body 20, anti-reflection layers 26 each arranged on the reflection layer 24 and having an optical reflectivity lower than that of the reflection layer 24, insulation layers 28 each arranged on the anti-reflection layer 26, anodes 30 each arranged on the insulation layer 28 for each pixel 2, organic functional layers 34 each arranged on the anode 30 and including at least a luminous layer, cathodes 36 each arranged on the organic functional layer 34, and optical resonators each resonating light from the organic functional layer 34 formed between the reflection layer 24 and the cathode 36. The optical resonator has a resonant wavelength corresponding to the color of the light emitted from the pixels 2 in a display part 6 out of an area of the pixels 2, and the anti-reflection layers 26 are provided in an area except for the display part 6 out of the area of the pixels 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
