PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically switch camera videos to be displayed in a video monitoring system for displaying the videos of a plurality of cameras installed outside a moving object by a display device provided inside the moving object. SOLUTION: Radio equipment M1 to M4 transmit video data of cameras K1 to K3 and channel information on its own radio equipment to a vehicle side by radio. On the vehicle side, mobile radio equipment receives the video data and channel information. A control unit determines the radio equipment, in which a radio communication connection state is established with the mobile radio equipment, on the basis of the channel information, determines a camera on the basis of the determination result of the radio equipment, and inputs, to a decoder, a signal of video switching control for displaying the video of the determined camera on a monitor 3. A decoder switches video data to be processed according to a signal of the video switching control, converts corresponding video data into analog video, and outputs the converted video data to a monitor 3 to display them.
