PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition giving an excellent softening effect by using a polyether-modified silicone compound having excellent compounding stability and a high HLB value. SOLUTION: The liquid detergent composition contains: (a) a polyether-modified silicone compound having an HLB value of 9 to 15 and a modification rate of 0.1 to 12 mol%; (b) a compound selected from specified quaternary ammonium salts, specified tertiary amines or salts thereof; and (c) a surfactant except for (b).
