PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an air-purging work of a combustible refrigerant enclosed in a refrigerating cycle in safety. SOLUTION: This air-purging device includes a refrigerant purging pipe B connected to a prescribed position of the refrigerating cycle A in which the combustible refrigerant is enclosed, at one end section, an oil separating means 9 receiving the other end section of the refrigerant purging pipe B, a first pressure reducing means 7a for reducing a pressure of the combustible refrigerant in the refrigerant purging pipe, a first flow meter 8a for measuring a flow rate of the combustible refrigerant flowing to the refrigerant purging pipe B, and a refrigerant concentration diluting fluid flowing-in means connected to the refrigerant purging pipe B between the first flow meter 8a and the oil separating means 9, further includes a second flow meter 8b for measuring a flow rate of a refrigerant concentration diluting fluid in a fluid inlet pipe, and a second pressure reducing means 7b for reducing a pressure of the refrigerant concentration diluting fluid in the fluid inlet pipe. The combustible refrigerant is recovered while adjusting a flow ratio of the flow rate of the combustible refrigerant measured by the first flow meter 8a and the flow rate of the refrigerant concentration diluting fluid measured by the second flow meter 8b to be less than explosion lower limit concentration of the combustible refrigerant.
