PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the excitation of an acoustic resonant mode to suppress the amplification of the discharge noise of a refrigerant. SOLUTION: A muffler member 40 has a projection 41 forming a muffler space together with a front head. The projection 41 has: three (odd number of) restriction parts 43a-43c expanding to the inside of the muffler space to reduce a conduit cross-sectional area of the muffler space; and outlet holes 41b and 41c disposed at positions corresponding to areas in which the conduit cross-sectional area of the muffler space is reduced by the restriction parts 43a, 43b. Gas paths Q1, Q2 extending from an inlet 51c formed at a pedestal to the two outlet holes 41b, 41c have substantially equal acoustic characteristics, and the two outlet holes 41b, 41c are point symmetry with each other with respect to the center of an opening 41a.
