PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material for flooring capable of sufficiently suppressing the occurrence of swelling and warpage due to moisture absorption even if the decorative material is formed by putting a decorative sheet on the front surface of a wooden plate. SOLUTION: This decorative material is formed by putting a decorative sheet on the front surface of a wooden plate and putting a moistureproof film on the rear surface of the wooden plate with a cushion material interposed therebetween. The moistureproof film has (i) a moisture permeability of 7 g/m<SP>2</SP>*24 hours or less at a temperature of 40°C and a humidity of 90%, (ii) has a synthetic resin base material layer comprising at least an olefin-based thermoplastic resin, and (iii) has a primer layer on the rear surface.
