PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for reducing the oscillation of a floating pier which can reduce the oscillation of the floating pier in a simple configuration and can be easily applied to an existing floating pier, a floating pier using the device, and a method for reducing oscillation. SOLUTION: The device 3 for reducing the oscillation of a floating pier comprises a support 1 and a floating body 2 guided by the support 1, and has a slider 4 which slidably supports the floating body 2 to the support 1 and includes a roller 6 rotated by contacting with the support 1 and a damper 7 for attenuating the turning force of the roller 6 by rotating following the roller 6.
