PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a parts count by reducing the number of installed springs to two, in a pressure relief valve including an automatic valve opening function and a forcible valve opening function. SOLUTION: In the pressure relief valve in which a valve is closed in a steady state, a valve is automatically opened when a primary side pressure exceeds a fixed value, and a valve is forcibly opened when poppet valves 41 and 43 are manually stroked by mutually abutting a valve seat 23 retained by a diaphragm 21 constructed in a casing 1 and also energized by a second spring 30 on a valve body 27 retained by the poppet valves 41 and 43 combined into the casing 1 and also energized by a first spring 29. The first spring 29 is disposed between the valve body 27 and the casing 1 to combine both of a work to press the valve body 27 against the valve seat 23 in a steady state, and a work to return the valve body 27 and the poppet valves 41 and 43 when forcible valve opening is finished.
