The device (1) has a guiding pipe (2) including a spiral-shaped guiding contour (4, 4') and a measuring spoon (3) with a set of guiding units (6, 6') that co-operates with the guiding contour of the guiding pipe. The guiding contour and guiding units are formed in such manner that the measuring spoon is twisted at an axial adjustment between end positions within the guiding pipe about an angle of 180 degree at an axis of the guiding pipe. The measuring spoon is filled in one of the end positions, and is discharged in another end position, where the device is made up of plastic material.
