<p>One embodiment of the present invention discloses a method, a device and a system for redirecting which relate to the communication technical field. The method for redirecting includes: sending a radio resource control connection request which carrying frequency band capability information to a UTRAN; receiving a radio resource control connection rejection message which carrying an access frequency sent from the UTRAN; selecting a cell access network according to the access frequency. The embodiment of the present invention improves the success probability of redirection and decreases the time relay of UE accessing network.</p>
