摘要 PURPOSE: A combustion method of a high-efficient hot air heater for complete combustion using liquefied oxygen as a heat source is provided to improve the thermal efficiency of a hot-air bower by increasing the temperature of flame using deionized water liquefied oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A combustion method of a high-efficient hot air heater for complete combustion using liquefied oxygen as a heat source comprises following steps. Pure oxygen in a liquefied oxygen container(15) is uniformly controlled by an oxygen flow control valve(9) and an oxygen regulator(11). The fuel in the fuel vessel is uniformly controlled by a fuel regulator(10) and a fuel flow control valve(8). The oxygen and the fuel pass through an oxygen flame arrestor(7) and a fuel flame trap(6), respectively. Mixed gas is sprayed to a combustion chamber of the hot-air bower through a nozzle. The mixed gas is burnt while generating the flame of the high temperature.
