PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy efficiency while suppressing occurrence of a shock or vibration by properly executing full-cylinder operation and reduced-cylinder operation in a hybrid vehicle including an internal combustion engine capable of being performed with the reduced-cylinder operation.
SOLUTION: It is decided whether or not an operation stop of the engine is expected when the engine is performed with the full-cylinder operation and when the reduced-operation can efficiently generate a request power Pe* from the engine compared with the full-operation (S200, S210). When the operation stop of the engine is not expected, the engine or the motors MG1, MG2 are controlled such that the engine is performed with the reduced-operation and that a torque based on a request torque Tr* can be obtained. When the operation stop of the engine is expected, the engine or the motors MG1, MG2 are controlled such that the engine is performed with the full-cylinder operation and that the torque based on the request torque Tr* can be obtained.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
