<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for electric machine. <P>SOLUTION: The control system for electric machines includes a position sensor and a drive controller. The drive controller generates one or more control signals for exciting winding of electric machines, in response to an edge of a signal outputted by the position sensor. Furthermore, the drive controller generates a control signal, in response to an edge occurring in a time window.
