<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it takes much time to specify a suspect portion when interference occurs. <P>SOLUTION: In a communication system for connecting a plurality of communication devices via a line, a communication device which has detected a fault is a master device 101 and a communication device opposing the master device is a slave device 102, the master device 101 sorts as to whether an interference source is a transmission side or a reception side of a master device or a slave device based on a measurement result of the transmission reception level of the own device and a measurement result acquired from the slave set by a measurement request of the transmission reception level to the slave set 102, sorts as to whether a failure source is the inside or outside of the own device and the slave device based on a diagnosis of an inner line of its own device and a diagnosis acquired from the slave device 102 by a request of diagnosing an inner line to the slave set 102, and specifies a suspect portion based on a result of sorting of the transmission side and the reception side of the master set or the slave set, and a result of sorting of the inside and outside of the device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
