<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine which can reduce even a sense of loss once felt by players when the frequency of winning prizes in a special winning combination is varied by making a control to cause difficulty in winning of prizes in the special winning combination earned by lottery. <P>SOLUTION: In the RT (replay time) state (0), when the BB (big bonus) (2) or (3) is earned by lottery, the winning of prizes in the BB (2) or (3) is restricted in the game involved to be carried over following the subsequent game. In the RT state (1) or (2) to which the BB (2) or (3) is carried over, a minor lottery winning combination or a replay lottery winning combination is won at a higher probability than that for hitting loss and also when the minor lottery winning combination or the replay lottery winning combination is won while the BB (2) or (3) is carried over, the derivation of the result for the minor winning combination or the replay winning combination earned by lottery is made preferably. This makes it impossible to win prizes in the BB (2) or (3) except for hitting loss.
