FUEL REFORMER FOR FUEL CELL USING ENZYME, AND GENERATOR USING THE FUEL REFORMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for actually generating power even when using highly safe and accessible material, such as, food and drink items or garbage as fuel for a bio fuel cell.

SOLUTION: A fuel reformer is used for the fuel cell which produces an electromotive force with the progress of oxidation-reduction reaction using enzyme as a catalyst and includes, at least a primary fuel inlet part for introducing primary fuel; a fuel-reforming part communicating with the primary fuel inlet part for reforming the primary fuel into secondary fuel which can release electrons by the oxidation-reduction reaction by using the enzyme as the catalyst; and a secondary fuel supply part communicating with the fuel reforming part for supplying the secondary fuel to the fuel cell.
