PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dependency on a hardware means dedicated to countermeasures against common mode, when suppressing common mode noise in the operation of a DC-DC converter. SOLUTION: Each of the converter circuits CVa, CVb is a DC-DC converter for stepping down the voltage across a high-voltage battery 10, which is output to an auxiliary device 12. In the converter circuits CVa, CVb, power switching elements Q1, Q2 are complementarily driven to control output voltage, and the output voltage becomes proportional to "D(1-D)" in accordance with the ratio (time ratio D) of an ON time of the power switching element Q1 specifically in one cycle of the complementary driving.
