PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electromagnetic flowmeter for holding a shielding function for a change in an outer diameter of an electrode boss. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic flowmeter includes the electrode boss provided in a measurement tube around an installation hole of a wet electrode and a cap put on the electrode boss and made of a metallic material for shielding the wet electrode together with the electrode boss.
