PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an insulating characteristic of a coil member being a component of a rotary electric machine apparatus. SOLUTION: An insulating coil is provided with a conductor where a plurality of wires are bound, a first insulating layer which is formed in at least a corner of the conductor, and comprises scale-like particles whose aspect ratio is one to 100 or above and resin, and a second insulating layer which is formed to cover the first insulating layer and in which at least one resin film comprising the scale-like particles whose aspect ratio is one to 100 or above and at least one backing material are laminated. Thickness of the first insulating layer is made thicker than the resin film so as to constitute the insulating coil. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
