PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a state outside by installing a monitoring camera inside a box which has a concrete block or a corrugated carton shape. SOLUTION: A monitoring device includes a drive part in a fixed part 3 of a box 1 of a concrete block or a corrugated carton shape. A turning part 6 is provided freely turnable on the fixed part 3. A monitoring camera is provided for a bottom part of the turning part 6.
