PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for an apparatus housing rack, capable of preventing vibrations from being transmitted as they are to an electronic apparatus mounted on the apparatus housing rack and suppressing the influence on the apparatus due to vibrations, by mounting buffers for absorbing the vibrations and preventing falling of the apparatus housing rack on two upper and lower parts on the bottom surface side and top surface side of the apparatus housing rack. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure of the apparatus housing rack for mounting the electronic apparatus, a fixing metal-fitting for fixing the apparatus housing rack to an installation location is disposed at the top surface upper part of the apparatus housing rack; a first buffer is provided between the bottom surface of the apparatus housing rack and a floor surface; and a second buffer is provided between the top surface of the apparatus housing rack and the fixing metal-fitting.
