PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture emulsion fuel of high stability and high combustion efficiency with an emulsion fuel supply device of a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In this emulsion fuel combustion device 100, a primary emulsion fuel produced by being stirred by a stirring machine 170 is pressure-fed to a mixer 190 by an emulsion fuel supply device 150, and stirred and mixed in a pressurized state, and the obtained secondary emulsion fuel is stored in a fuel tank 200. The emulsion fuel stored in the fuel tank 200 is supplied to a burner 110. By mixing the stirred and mixed primary emulsion fuel by the mixer 190 in the pressurized state, miniaturization of oil particles and water particles, and uniformity of a mixing state can be facilitated, and the emulsion fuel of high stability and high combustion efficiency can be obtained.
