PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle equipment mounting tool that facilitates mounting and posture adjustment of in-vehicle equipment so as to stably hold the in-vehicle equipment. SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet 5 made of a gel-like material is provided on the bottom surface of a base 1 while a linkage means is provided on the base so as to attachably/detachably hold the in-vehicle equipment 2. The linkage means is configured to fittingly adhere a recess 6 of a curvature surface to a protrusion 7 of a corresponding curvature surface so as to fix both of them to each other by an adhesive member 8 arranged on the contact surface between the recess and the protrusion. The recess is provided in the bottom surface of a body 3 of the in-vehicle equipment while the protrusion is provided on the base. The protrusion is embedded with the adhesive member 8 in an almost flush state. However, a gel-like material is filled into a hole 9 and the adhesive sheet 5 and the adhesive member are integrally formed. The linkage between the recess and the protrusion is executed by fittingly adhering prescribed curvature surfaces to each other, so that it permits mutual relative displacement until the in-vehicle equipment is mounted, thereby allowing posture adjustment.
