PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixture which is highly stable and free from sticky feeling when it is used, maintains moistness feeling and smooth feeling even after drying and is also imparted with glossiness, and to provide a cosmetic including the same. SOLUTION: The mixture contains a powder of a fiber-like natural polymer and a powder of a crosslinked polyamino acid.
