In order to facilitate operation by a user, an editing device is provided with a component output unit which outputs a display screen for displaying a plurality of components; a node output unit which outputs nodes respectively corresponding to the plurality of components so that the display of the nodes overlaps the display of the plurality of components, and the nodes are displayed together with the plurality of component; and a setting unit which, in response to instructions from a user regarding the association between two or more nodes, sets the association between two or more components corresponding to the two or more nodes.
