The pivot bearing arrangement has a pivot bearing (9) having an outer ring and a pivot ring. A shaft (2) is arranged in a pivoting manner with the outer ring opposite to the pivot ring such that the rotational axis of the shaft and the central axis of the pivot ring enclose an inclination angle between them. The pivot ring is rotatably- and pivotedly fixed to a housing (8). The outer ring is rotationally fixed in the pivot ring. An elastic element is pre-stressed radially between the outer ring and the pivot ring in the area of a contact zone. An independent claim is also included for a pivot bearing with rolling bodies which are balls.
