<p>A laser system is provided with: a DFB laser device (10) which outputs a laser beam (52); a harmonic generating element (30) which converts the laser beam (52) into the harmonic beam (54) of the laser beam; a first film (18) which is provided on the laser beam outputting surface of a semiconductor layer on which the DFB laser device (10) is formed and is a reflection preventing film with respect to the laser beam; a second film (16) which is provided on the surface of the semiconductor layer on the opposite side to the outputting surface and is a high reflection film with respect to the laser beam; a third film (36) which is provided on the inputting surface of the laser beam (52) on the harmonic generating element (30) and is a reflection preventing film with respect to the laser beam (52); and a fourth film (38), which is provided on the outputting surface of the harmonic beam (54) on the harmonic generating element (30) and is a high reflection film with respect to the laser beam (52) and is a reflection preventing film with respect to the harmonic beam (54).</p> |
