An instantaneous heating electric water boiler includes a machine body (1), a heating disc (4), a heating container (6), and a water tank (9). The heating container (6) and the water tank (9) are provided in the machine body (1), the heating disc (4) is provided beside the heating container (6). The water inlet (61) of the heating container (6) is communicated with the water outlet of the water tank (9), the water outlet (63) of the heating container (6) is communicated with the water outlet nozzle (17) provided on the machine body (1), the water outlet nozzle (17) is provide with a water outlet switch (15). The heating disc (4), the water outlet switch (15) are electrically connected with a main controller (2) provided in the machine body (1). The heating disc (4) and the heating container (6) form a heating cavity (20). A water inlet controller is provided between the water inlet (61) of the heating container (6) and the water outlet of the water tank (9).
