<p>Disclosed are an apparatus and a process for refining opportunity crude in order to utilize the opportunity crude to produce a low cost fuel, thereby significantly contributing to reduction in product costs. The apparatus for refining the opportunity crude includes an opportunity crude storage tank, a vacuum distillation column for receiving the stored opportunity crude from the storage tank, then, removing a low boiling point fraction under vacuum while producing bunker fuel C-oil as a kerosene having a flash point of more than 70C, and a storage part for receiving the produced bunker fuel C-oil from the vacuum distillation column.</p> |
