The device (1) has two electromagnetic actuators (5a, 5b) connected to a plate (3) and for moving the plate to generate haptic vibration feedback, and a processing device connected to a surface-touch pressure sensor (7) for simultaneously controlling the actuators when pressing of a user on a touch surface is detected. The actuators respectively drive the plate along directions (D1, D2) perpendicular to a plane defined by the plate. The processing device independently controls the actuators by respectively providing periodic supply signals to actuators, where the signals are out of phase. |
