PURPOSE: A vibration reduction device is provided to prevent noise due to the passing of magneto rheological fluid in the flux ring by installing insulative magnetic reduction member. CONSTITUTION: A vibration reduction device comprises a flux ring(1), a piston core(10), and a magnetic field reduction member(20). The flux ring stores the magneto rheological fluid. The piston core is inserted into the flux ring. The piston core generates the magnetic field in the current application. The magnetic field reduction member is installed in the piston core to control the damping power in a low speed driving of a vehicle. The magnetic field reduction member is formed as a rod type and made of an insulator. The piston core comprises a slot groove(13) formed in the outer circumference.
