PURPOSE: A method for an organic electroluminescent sheet for a keypad backlight is provided to implement a backlight unit of low power consumption by reducing leakage power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A method for an organic electroluminescent sheet for a keypad backlight includes a first electrode(120) on a substrate(110). The first electrode(120) is formed on the substrate(110). A mask(130) is formed on the first electrode. An organic emitting pattern layer is formed on the substrate by successively coating at least one kind of liquid organic material on the mask. A plurality of organic electroluminescent unit pixels are formed on the electroluminescent pattern layer by forming the second electrode.
