FLUID MEDIUM SUPPLY PUMP IN CRYSTAL GROWERS

FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: pump for pressurising over-saturated water solutions in accelerated crystal growers is made out of chemically resistant material and consists of case 1 made as single part with at least one outlet and directing nozzle 5 installed in lower part of case and of working wheel 6 with blades 7 secured on driven shaft 8 installed in case. A lower part of the pump case is open from beneath; working wheel 6 is installed in this lower part at a level of inlet nozzle orifices. Base 9 of the disk of the working wheel has orifice 10 in its central part for fluid inlet. Also when base of the disk is installed, with diametre "d" of base 9 there is created minimal possible vertical "a" and radial "b" circular gaps with case 1 of the pump (within the ranges from 0.1% to 1% from value "d"). This ensures minimal hydraulic losses at pump operation. ^ EFFECT: high stability of crystal growing process and high intensity of feeding solution supply on growing crystal face. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg
