The machine has a fixed platen i.e. nozzle plate, arranged on a machine bed, where a movable platen (3) i.e. striker plate, is arranged on the fixed platen. An engagement element (7) i.e. nut, includes projections (8, 8', 8'') engaged in recesses (6, 6', 6'') i.e. annular grooves, for fixing tie bars (4) relative to the movable platen. The element includes two parts (7', 7''), which are pivotable around a pivot point. The element is immovably arranged in the movable platen. A pivoting movement of each part around an axis (A) is synchronized using a synchronization unit (11). |
