<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a dye-sensitized solar cell is provided to prevent the increase of resistance on an electrode by including a buffer layer. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode layer(402) is formed on a substrate(401). A masking pattern is formed on a transparent electrode layer. A semiconductor oxide paste(405a) is supplied to the substrate including the transparent electrode layer with the masking pattern. The semiconductor oxide paste is spread on the transparent electrode layer by using a squeegee.</p>
