PURPOSE: An apparatus for molding a head joint tube of a flute is provided to achieve uniform thickness of a head joint tube by maintaining the airtight joint of upper and lower molds and supplying high-pressure fluid to the mold cavities of the upper and lower molds. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for molding a head joint tube of a flute comprises an upper support(11), a lower support(12), a cylinder(20), an upper mold(22), an lower mold(23), a fluid supply valve(27), a fluid exhaust valve(28), and a high pressure pump(14). The upper and lower supports are located at an interval. The cylinder is installed on the top of the upper support with the rod exposed. The upper and lower molds are installed on the same line as the rod and the lower support. The fluid supplied by the high pressure pump is provided to the mold cavities of the upper and lower molds. |
