Subject: coal production from olive stones. The olive stone wood derived upon separation of olive oil from olive stone is incompletely combusted and gives olive stone powder which, after being mixed and stirred along with pregelified starch and water, is drawn to a power-operated press in order to take its final inflated shape. At the final production phase and before packaging, the resulted product is dried so that its final humidity may be reduced. Alternative application: the olive stone wood may be directly drawn to a press for cheaper olive-stone coal which is ideal for heating purposes but not for roasting since it smells and smokes a lot. |
