The frame consists of the first side wall and the second side wall; the first and the second side walls run, in essence, lengthwise The section wherein developer is enclosed runs from the first side wall to the second side wall, in essence, crosswise. The section of the developer supply to the light sensitive element runs from the first side wall to the second side wall crosswise and comprises the developer holding element. The developer holding element consists of a shaft of the developer holding element and the body of the developer holding element resting on the said shaft. The rotating shaft of the developer holding element runs crosswise and is supported with the first side wall and the second side wall. The electrode of the developer applies electric bias voltage to the developer holding element and at least part of the developer electrode is connected with the first side wall and the developer holding element.
