FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid treatment and can be used in petrochemical, chemical industries, medicine etc. Proposed method comprises swirling the fluid to produce certain ratio between angular and liner speeds depending upon treatment conditions. Then fluid is directed into nozzle with the neck and diffuser outlet chamber along spiral trajectory with the chain of cavitation zones, and preset radial pressure gradient is created in aforesaid nozzle. In separating the fluid into components, pressure gradient range geometrical parametres are determined. Fluid flow is forced into annular channel and, at a time, is partially tapped from both outer and inner surface of formed annular channel to separated fluid into separate process flows of components. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of separation, reduced power consumption, simplified process. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
