摘要	<p>The device has a base part (1), and a counter element (3) pivotably arranged relative to the base part. The element defines an opening for accommodating tubes. The base part and the counter element are connected together by a pivot joint (2) and a closure (5). The counter element is positioned relative to the base part by a hydraulic drive (11) i.e. hydraulic cylinder. A mechanical lock (7) for the closure connects the base part and the counter element together. The closure is actuated by the hydraulic cylinder. The counter element and the base part are formed as semicircle-like rings.</p>
