FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used to destruct solid deposits (oiled soils, bottom deposit - oil slime) and to separate them into separate fractions: oil product to be processed, solid washed-out deposit and water. Proposed device comprises hollow housing divided to form chamber to intake initial oil-containing deposit at least one chamber designed to separate oil-containing emulsion, at least one settling chamber, appliance to transfer oil-containing deposits and rinsing solution feeder. Said hollow housing is divided by vertical partitions into consecutive compartments to allow fluid overflow over top edges of said partitions. First compartment is divided by inclined partition into aforesaid intake chamber and intake chamber for separated oil product adjoining thereto. Every next compartment is divided by inclined partition, notably lower than vertical partitions, into chamber intended for to separated oil-containing emulsion and settling chamber. Appliance to transfer processed oil-containing products represents an auger with hollow shaft connected with rinsing solution feeder and holes for jet feed of rinsing solution. Note here that said auger is arranged at the housing bottom, in tank communicated with oil-containing deposit intake chamber and chambers for separation of oil-containing emulsion. ^ EFFECT: improved quality and increased yield, higher efficiency and simplified design. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
