FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery and can be applied for cable for haemorrhoidectomy involving submucosal ligation of internal haemorrhoid pedicle. Skin is incised at an external haemorrhoid in the perianal region. Two mucosal incisions are started from the corners of a dermal wound to the upper pole of an internal haemorrhoid. The internal haemorrhoid and vascular pedicle are separated submucosally 0.5 cm above the upper pole of the haemorrhoid. The vascular pedicle is ligated from the wound in a submucosal layer. The haemorrhoid and excess mucosa are cut off. The wound is closed to the dermal layer. ^ EFFECT: technique allows reducing risk of haemorrhage, accelerating wound healing. ^ 5 dwg
