FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to orthodontics and can be used for detection of irreversible hemodynamic damages of dental pulp in dentofacial therapy by straight-wire technique. The pricipal stages of orthodontic therapy involve maxillary and mandibular rheodentography and calculation of a total peripheral resistance index and an elasticity index. At the stage of dentition levelling, if the TPRI in dislocated teeth is more than 89.3 % and less than 74.9%, and the EI is more than 93.9% and less than 83.7%, irreversible dislocated pulp changes are observed. At the stage of dislocation and contracture, if the TPRI in dislocated teeth is more than 87.1% and less than 74.3%, and the EI is more than 94.3% and less than 71.4%, irreversible dislocated pulp changes are observed. At the stage of retention, if the TPRI in dislocated teeth is more than 91.6% and less than 75.2%, and the EI is more than 94.8% and less than 80.0%, irreversible dislocated pulp changes are diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: method enables the prevention of inflammatory complications and pulp necrosis. ^ 3 tbl, 3 ex |
